Return & Refund policy

At MS Traders, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you may request a return or refund.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged
• Wrong item was delivered
• Product has a manufacturing defect

Return Request

• Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused and in original packaging.
• Customers may be asked to share photos/videos for verification.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed after product inspection.
• Approved refunds may take 5–7 working days depending on payment method.

• Sale or discounted products
