5. Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery

  • Wrong item was delivered

  • Product has a manufacturing defect

Conditions:

  • Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Customers may be required to provide pictures/videos for verification.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Clearance sale items

MS Traders reserves the right to cancel any order if:

  • Payment is not verified

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

Customers may request order cancellation before shipment.
